Western style is getting a major new addition in Summerlin.
Tecovas is opening its first permanent Nevada store in Downtown Summerlin, giving Las Vegas shoppers a new place to find premium cowboy boots, Western apparel and leather goods without leaving the valley.
The new store will be located at 1980 Festival Plaza Drive in Downtown Summerlin. Tecovas has announced a grand opening celebration running Friday, July 31 through Sunday, August 2, 2026.
More Than Just Cowboy Boots
Tecovas has built its reputation around Western boots, but the stores carry much more than footwear.
Customers can shop men's and women's boots, jeans, shirts, dresses, outerwear, belts, hats, bags, wallets and other Western-inspired accessories.
The company also carries exotic leather boots, work boots and limited-edition products, giving shoppers options ranging from everyday Western wear to something considerably dressier.
Tecovas Tries to Make the Store Part of the Experience
One thing that separates Tecovas from a typical shoe store is the experience it tries to create inside its locations.
Customers can get help finding the proper boot fit, and stores offer complimentary services including boot shines and leather personalization.
Some leather products can also be personalized with initials or Western-style symbols.

The Grand Opening Will Be a Weekend Event
Tecovas is turning the Summerlin opening into more than just a ribbon cutting.
The grand opening celebration is scheduled for July 31 through August 2 and is expected to include live music, complimentary beverages and giveaways.
The first 50 guests are also expected to receive special freebies as part of the celebration.

Tecovas Already Tested the Las Vegas Market
The Downtown Summerlin location is not Tecovas' first appearance in Las Vegas.
The company has operated a pop-up location at Fashion Show Las Vegas, but the Summerlin store represents its first permanent Nevada retail location.
That move also brings the brand directly into one of the valley's busiest shopping, dining and entertainment districts.
